Agricultural lands in all villages in the District of Yambol and lands on the Hight Road leading to Turkey-near the villages of Lesovo, Melnitsa and Granitovo. OUR AGENCY WILL - Arrange property viewings. - Legal assistanse : register a LTD in your name checking on and support of all paperwork connected with the changing of the property ownership. - If required , manage the property in your absence – monthly payment of your electricity and water bills. - Repairing , refurbishing and furnishing of the house. OUR LEGAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS TO BECOME AN OWNER OF A BULGARIAN PROPERTY

  1. Making a preliminary contract ( reservation deposit) which takes the property out of the market tor 30 days – 10% of the price.
  2. Register a company – preparing the documents for establishment of LTD , if you would like to buy house with a land. It’s not necessary to set up a company in case of purchasing apartment.
  3. Chesking out : - Title documents - Licenses and permission - Debts on title - Terms of contract
  4. Sign the notary deed and fully payment of the property . OUR FEES
  • Costs of transport : for viewing trips per killometer as the lowest taxi prices.
  • Agents commision : We charge 3% agents commission of the purchasing price , payable when paying the deposit and signing the notary deed contract.
  • Company ragistration fee- According to the Bulgarian Law overseas people cannot buy land. Overseas people can only own land by registering a company in Bulgaria, which then acqire legal ownership of the land.Most often the company is set as a Limited Liability Company (LTD). We will register for you LTD company in Bulgaria , what we charge a fee of 450 EUR for. This price do not include 5000 lv (about 2500 EUR) foundation capital registration of the company. It can be withdrawn from the bank in full as soon as registration is completed.The process will take max 3-4 weeks. If you want to buy apartment you don’t need to register a LTD!
  • After care (property support), Managing the property in your absence- negotiate
  • Repairing , refurbishing and furnishing- negotiate.
